2024 Annual General Meeting

The AGM of the Hervey Bay Bird Club Inc will be held 31 August 2024. All those wishing to vote must ensure their membership fees are paid before the meeting commences. Visitors and past members are welcome. Business:

• Elect new office bearers and committee for the 2024/2025 financial year.
• Receive the President’s annual report.
• Receive the Treasurer’s annual report.

The AGM will be immediately followed by the August monthly meeting of the Club.
